Of course Verizon wanted to sell me another phone and have me sign an additional 2 year contract. I am glad I waited. <br />This item fully charges my batteries and the phone is working fine. The charger was shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived in the mail within 3 days. I could not be more pleased with the service and the product. ")
